AB  - This is a three-year survey of staphylococcal infection in the Watford group of hospitals. The organisms are divided into groups according to their pattern of sensitivity to antibiotics. The spread of Staphylococcus pyogenes in a maternity hospital and the measures taken to eradicate it are described.
